郭金保（Kuo Chin-pao，1959年生），台湾台南市人，当代书画家。字行云，号德闻；因热爱收藏古字画，又名「古香堂主人」。
少时以工笔花卉、民俗人物，以及佛像、关公等题材为主，并时常受邀至寺庙修复传统彩绘。后于黄磊生门下进入岭南派写意体系，并受教于蔡草如、陈寿彝，山水技法转而走向泼墨写意。
1987年于台南市体育馆举办个人水墨展，并出版《郭金保画册集》。 1994年，作品《喜得连科》获中国北京故宫博物院典藏，引发国内外关注，随后多次受邀参展及担任各地书画比赛评审。 2001年，作品《荷花》入选《秦皇岛之夏──中国书画名家邀请展精品集》。 2003年受邀赴马来西亚吉隆坡彩蝶轩美术馆展出并刊载画刊。
曾任第十二届「台南市文艺作家协会」理事长及第八届「台南市艺术家协会」理事长，积极推动会员展览并致力促进艺术文化交流。
Kuo Chin-pao, born in 1959 in Tainan, Taiwan, is a contemporary ink painter and calligrapher.
His style name is Xingyun, and his pseudonym is De-Wen.
Due to his passion for collecting classical calligraphy and paintings, he is also known as the proprietor of Gu Xiang Tang (Ancient Fragrance Hall).He was frequently invited to temples to restore traditional polychrome murals anddecorative paintings.Later, under the tutelage of Huang Lei-sheng, he entered the Lingnan Freehand tradition, further studying with Cai Cao-ru and Chen Shou-yi, through whom his landscape practice shifted toward expressive splash-ink (pomo) techniques.
In 1987, he held a solo ink exhibition at the Tainan City Gymnasium and published the Kuo Chin-pao Painting Album Collection. In 1994, his work Xi De Lian Ke (Joy of Successive Honors) was acquired by the Palace Museum in Beijing, drawing significant domestic and international attention and leading to numerous invitations to exhibit and to serve as a juror for various art competitions. In 2001, his Lotus painting was included in the anthology Summer in Qinhuangdao – Fine Works from the China Painting and Calligraphy Masters Invitational Exhibition. In 2003, he was invited to exhibit at the Butterfly Pavilion Gallery in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where his works were also featured in accompanying publications.
Kuo later served as President of both the 12th Tainan City Literary and Art Writers Association and the 8th Tainan City Artists Association, actively organizing member exhibitions and contributing to the promotion of artistic and cultural exchange.
